Ivy Rose Marsh, LCSW
Ivy brings 26 years of clinical experience and a life that has refused to stay on script. Trained in EMDR, somatic approaches, and nervous system regulation, she works with complex trauma, neurodivergence, and highly sensitive people — those who have often spent years trying to fix themselves rather than find themselves.
Her approach is straightforward and rooted in mindfulness: the nervous system doesn't lie, the body keeps score, and what lives in the unconscious runs the show until it doesn't. Healing happens in the space between what we've been told we are and what we actually know ourselves to be. Ivy doesn't offer a better story. She offers the conditions to discover what was always true underneath it.
Her own path — through illness, loss, reinvention, and a return home to the Oregon coast — informs her belief that transformation is rarely linear and almost never looks the way we imagined. She shows up having done, and continuing to do, her own work. Not as credential. As commitment.
When she's not working, Ivy is by the river on her bike, deep in nondual study, exploring new approaches to nervous system regulation, cooking nutrient dense foods, or snuggling her dogs.
